Veno StarI inks series are a range of rotogravure inks has been specifically formulated from high quality raw materials for surface and reverse printing on PVC films.

Veno Star inks are available in white and wide range of colors

Veno Star series are free off any additives or fillers which affect Cylinders and Doctor Blade ( in case of Rotogravure ).

Main characteristics:

·         Very good adhesion on PVC and Aluminum foil.

·         High gloss level.

·         Low solvent retention.

·         High scratch and rub resistance.

·         Suitable for surface and reverse printing.

·         Free of lead, chromium and molibdates compounds.

Recommended surface:

All kinds of PVC films PET and Aluminum foil.

Reducer solvent:

Veno Star inks may be diluted with ethyl acetate, methyl ethyl ketone as a true solvent and methoxy propanol as a retardant

Viscosity adjustment:

Viscosity should be measured after stirring the ink in the printing machine. Printing viscosity is 14 – 18 sec / Ford Cup 4 at 25 ºC
