Poly star is a solvent based printing ink, designed for flexo graphic printing on treated poly olefins films.

Poly star is based on high quality polyamide and selected additives and available in white and wide range of colors.

Poly star series are free off any additives or fillers which affect Cylinders Anilox and Cyril in case of Flexography printing machine.

Main characteristics:

  • Good adhesion properties.

  • High color strength .

  • Low solvent retention.

  • Good printability.

  • High gloss level.

  • High rub resistance.

Recommend surface:

       Most treated polyolefin films like OPP, LDPE, LLDPE, cellophane, coated aluminum foil, bread paper, and decorative wrapping paper could be used.

Reducer solvent:

Poly star inks can be diluted with all kinds of alcohols like iso-propanol and iso-butanol.

Viscosity adjustment:

      Viscosity should be measured after stirring the ink in the printing machine. Printing viscosity vary from 20 – 25 sec/ ford cup 4 at 25 ؛C.
