Eco flex GL is a solvent based Gravure Printing Inks on treated polyolefin film.

Eco flex GL can also be used for lamination.

Eco flex GL is based on high quality nitrocellulose and fine pigments, available in white and wide range of colors.

Eco flex GL series are free off any materials which affect Cylinders and Doctor Blade.

Main characteristics:

ˇ         Good adhesion properties.

ˇ         Low solvent retention.

ˇ         Good printability.

ˇ         High gloss level.

ˇ         Suitable for lamination and can be used for surface printing. .

Recommend surface:

Most treated polyolefin films OPP, PET (Chemically Treated), paper, PA and Cellophane Film

Reducer solvent:

Ethyl acetate, Retardant Methoxy Propanol (PM)

Viscosity adjustment:

Viscosity should be measured after stirring the ink in the printing machine, printing viscosity is 15-18 sec/ Ford cup 4 at 25 ēC.
