Eco flex FL is a solvent based Flexo Printing Ink  , designed for flexographic printing on treated polyolefin film.

Eco flex FL can also be used for reverse printing.

Eco flex FL is based on high quality nitrocellulose and selected binders.

Eco flex FL Series is available in white color and wide range of colors.

Eco flex FL has good printing properties when printing halftone as well as full tone.

Eco flex FL series are free off any additives or fillers which affect Anilox and Cyril in case of Flexography printing machine.

ˇ         Suitable for reverse printing.

Recommend Surface:

Suitable to be applied on PET (Chemically treated), AL foil, Paper and Most treated Polyolefin films, e.g. OPP, LDPE, LLDPE and Cellophane.

Reducer Solvent:

ˇ      Mixture of 80 % Isopropyl Alcohol (or Ethanol) +20% Ethyl Acetate.

ˇ      For slow drying use 10% of Methoxy Propanol added to the reducer solvent.

Viscosity Adjustment:

Viscosity should be measured after stirring the ink in the printing machine; printing viscosity is 20-25 sec./Ford Cup 4 at 25 ēC.
